Seeking a Line Cook and a part-time server with bartending capabilities. The ideal line cook needs to be bilingual in Spanish and English and know their way around a kitchen, produce, food handling and sanitation. They also need to be relied upon for inventory, prep, and ordering of produce. This position is full-time. All interviews will be conducted with the chef/owner. Servers need to have experience in fine dining. Both positions require your own transportation, a working phone, and either/or a TABC and Food Handlers Certification.
