Sometimes when you think of chocolate mousse, you are reminded of light, tasteless stuff served by most restaurants. Not at Bistr09, this thick, velvety chocolate that will remind you of Switzerland. Absolutely a delightful, rich dessert that still retains it's light, cloud-like texture.

The Braised Short Ribs is a most delightful dish. The meat is delicate and succulent and the sauce is rich and savory. This combination served over the creamy, buttered mashed potatoes is pure heaven.
